One of the most popular features in Staff Files, our HR software, is its ability to manage time off. In Staff Files you can accrue vacation and sick time automatically. That way all you have to do is manually deduct time off when an employee has actually taken time away from work.

One of the new features in Staff Files version 8.0 is the new Accruals Balance report. This is a Staff report that displays a list of your employees and the available time off for vacation time, sick leave, or any other type of time off you choose to accrue at your company. This report shows the time-off balances for a specific date you choose.
