Staff Incidents by Date Report in Staff Files

To run this report, click on the Reports menu in Staff Files and select Staff reports. From here you can choose Incidents by Date.  In the report window you can choose the date range, as well as any sorts and filters you would like to use for the report. The sorts and filters allow you to arrange and narrow down the list of employee names that are displayed on the report. You can choose to view all types of incidents on one report or to only view a particular type(s) of incident.

The Incidents by Date report is commonly used to list workplace accidents and disciplinary warnings, but can also be used to list awards, commendations, or any other type of incident or event you wish to track. An example of how this report can be used is to view an accidents log to help fill out OSHA, Workers Compensation, or other type of government form that needs to be filled out on a regular basis. You can use this report to get a list of the items you need to report.
