The Staff Evaluation Scores report lists employees’ names sorted by their performance review scores. The report can be limited to specific departments, locations, and employee’s who are supervised by a particular manager. Since the report sorts by category average you could use it to compare employees throughout the entire company. Even if they have a different number of categories or different number of reviews, which would have skewed the total scores, you’ll still be able to compare their performance.
