They mainly use it to record vacation and sick days. It’s easy to update personnel records when an employee takes a vacation day or calls in sick. Staff Files automatically calculates the leftover accrual balance for them. When it’s time to do payroll and they need to know when people took a day off or when an employee asks how many vacation days they have left, Vicky simply runs a report that clearly states the time-off information they are looking for. They also keep scanned documents and employee photos attached to their personnel records. And, they enter miscellaneous notes into Staff Files.
