Before buying this appointment software, they used paper appointment books. One of their biggest challenges when using paper appointments books was to find their customers’ appointment information quickly to schedule or reschedule their appointments.

Now they simply use the Search feature in Customer Appointment Manager to find the information they need. They’ve discovered how easy it is to see past and future appointments and look up customer details including contact information. They also pre-schedule appointments using the Repeat Appointment feature.
