Go to the Tools menu and click on Company Options. In the General tab, you’ll notice a drop-down field for Time Intervals. Click on the down arrow and choose the time interval you wish to use. We’ve added five minutes and 20 minutes to the list. Other options include 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and one hour appointment increments. When you click on the Close button on the Company Options window, the time intervals on the time bar change according to the option you have chosen.

If you don’t want the minutes displayed on the screen, go to the Tools menu and click on User Options. In the General tab, uncheck the box next to Show minutes on schedule time ruler. When you click on the Ok button on the User Options window, the minutes will no longer be displayed on the time ruler. Watch the video to learn how you can set up time intervals in our appointment book software that work best for your business.
