Improve data management

Keep all employee information in one place with Staff Files! Collect general contact data, wage rates, benefit enrollment, time off accruals, training, performance review and information important to your business in customizable fields. All your human resource records can be stored in this virtual file cabinet with easy-to-use navigation tabs.

Remember important dates and deadlines

Stay informed of important dates and details, such as birthdays, certification expirations, and I-9 renewals by creating repeating reminders that appear in a pop up when you open Staff Files. Automatically remind yourself of specific dates for individual employees, such as performance evaluations and training seminars.

Manage time-off accruals

Easily track time off in the Accrual tab.  Set up and enroll employees in Auto Accrual Policies to allow auto calculations for vacation, sick, and holiday time.  Time away from work is manually deducted from the accrual totals.

Track training and certifications

Enter type of training or certification, agency providing the training or certification, hours completed, costs incurred, and more in the Training tab.  Use the Effective and Expiration Date fields to set automated reminders for future certification renewals.

Record warnings and accidents

Keep a thorough log of disciplinary issues, on-the-job accidents, and any other workplace occurrences in the Incidents tab. Record the date, type of incident, a title (such as Verbal Warning #1), and notes detailing the situation.

Evaluate employee performance

Complete thorough performance evaluations by scoring employees on the evaluation categories you select or define and add comments for each category.  The total score and average are automatically calculated after entering each category score.

Save time

Reduce time spent digging through paper files or updating individual spreadsheets and forms by keeping all human resource records in one place!  Standard reports are only a click away and writing letters to employees is easy with our Custom Letters.
