Sample schedule views 

With VSS Pro employee scheduling software, you can decide what information you want to see and how you want to see it. You can view anywhere from one day up to six weeks on screen for any time frame. In addition to the number of days, you can change fonts, colors, column widths, time and date formats, and just about everything else you can imagine. Below are just a few of VSS Pro's possible views: 

Sample Daily View

VSS Pro gives you five custom views, so you can see your scheduling information for different time blocks and with different levels of detail. For example, you can use a daily view to see all schedule information assigned to employees for a particular day, including shift start and end times, shift explanations (e.g. locations, tasks assigned) , and notes. 

Sample Weekly View

With VSS Pro, you can quickly switch between views without the need of retyping scheduling information. This allows you to use a schedule view that fits the best your specific scheduling task. 

Sample 14 Day View

VSS Pro allows you to set dividers that split employees into groups (i.e. by location or position). You can also, with a one mouse click sort your employees by name or position, within a specific divider, or the entire schedule. 

Sample 28 Day View

With VSS Pro, you can highlight specific information, such as an individual shift or vacation time. This can help you easily find what you are looking for. 

Sample 42 Day View

You can view up to 42 days view of schedule information on screen at one time. Just choose to display abbreviated schedule information to accommodate views that show many days.
