FARGO, ND - September 26, 2001 - The American Red Cross National Headquarters, Falls Church, VA, has requested Visual Staff Scheduler® Pro, the flagship staff scheduling software from Atlas Business Solutions, Inc. (ABS), to schedule call center volunteers and to manage the daily assignment of volunteers working in New York City. These volunteers will offer services ranging from grief counseling to logistical support for the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11.
According to the American Red Cross, over 2,200 volunteers will be scheduled with Visual Staff Scheduler Pro.
