Appointment Statuses in Appointment Scheduling Software

Using Customer Appointment Manager appointment scheduling software, you can indicate when an appointment is scheduled, confirmed, canceled, no-show, checked-in, and complete. The statuses are available in reports and can be used in Customer Appointment Manager Pro’s Check-In Assistant.

To edit an appointment status:

  1. Locate the appointment in the appointment book and open the appointment scheduling window by double-clicking the appointment. Or, select the appointment in the appointment book, click the Edit menu, and select Edit Appointment.
  2. Click on the appointment status drop down field. In addition to Scheduled, Confirmed, Canceled, and No-show, there are two new appointment status types for Checked-In and Completed.
  3. Click the Ok button. You’ll notice a new icon will be displayed in the upper left corner of the appointment.
