Password protection allows you to customize security settings to
fit your needs. Determine security levels by read/write access; grant access on
a tab-by-tab basis; and now, you can also control visibility into employee data
on a department-by-department basis. Password protection to the underlying
Staff Files Pro database also provides an additional level of security.

In addition to manual accrual entry, Staff Files Pro now offers a step-by-step
wizard to guide you through a series of questions, using your answers to set up
the auto accrual calculations. Define an Auto Accrual policy to calculate
accruals based on hire date, trial periods, seniority, and more. The Auto
Accrual Policy Wizard also allows you to view or print a summary of Auto
Accrual settings at any point in the process.

Now you can import employee address and contact information using new File
> Import options in Staff Files Pro. Import options include field mapping for
imports from Microsoft Small Business Accounting or import data from a text
file.
The import data from QuickBooks® option has been expanded to offer
synchronization settings you can define to synchronize updates with a subset of
employee contact fields in Staff Files Pro and your QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 or
Enterprise Solutions 2.0 (or newer) company.
