In addition to manual accrual entry, Staff Files Pro now offers a step-by-step wizard to guide you through a series of questions, using your answers to set up the auto accrual calculations. The Auto Accrual Policy Wizard also allows you to view or print a summary of Auto Accrual settings at any point in the process.

Now you can import employee address and contact information using new File > Import options in Staff Files Pro. Import options include field mapping for imports from Microsoft Small Business Accounting or import data from a text file.

The import data from QuickBooks® option has been expanded to offer synchronization settings you can define to synchronize updates with a subset of employee contact fields in Staff Files Pro and your QuickBooks Pro/Premier 2003 or Enterprise Solutions 2.0 (or newer) company.
