Preview HR Templates
There is no need to write documents from scratch with HR Document Maker. Office policies, human resource forms, job descriptions and more are all pre-written and available as
easy-to-use Microsoft® Word templates. HR templates can be previewed in the Preview Pane before they are published.
Publish Window
Your company name, address and logo are automatically applied to each published document providing a consistent look to all of your company’s documents.
The ability to automatically update documents with company contact information and logo when publishing a document provides a polished and consistent look.
Preview Published Document Pane
HR Document Maker also has the ability to create and store customized documents for multiple companies. HR documents are available for preview in the Preview Pane after they are published.
Import Templates
Add your own unique, company templates to store with the existing, pre-written templates already available to you in HR Document Maker. New templates are saved in a specific Imported Templates folder, so they are easy to find.
