The minimum software and system configuration needed to run Client Appointment Manager includes:

  • A personal computer with a Pentium Processor (75+ MHz) and at least 256 MB of memory.
  • CD-ROM drive and a hard disk, with at least 40 MB of free disk space for program files, plus additional disk space for data files.
  • Windows operating system: 2000/NT¹/XP/Vista/Windows 7.
  • A mouse supported by Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher.
  • A monitor supported by Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher.
  • An optional printer supported by Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher.

Additional requirements for Client Appointment Manager Pro:

  • 1024 x 768 screen resolution or higher.
  • Internet access for accessing online appointment requests and Google Calendar.

Customer Appointment Manager SQL Edition requires one of the following:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or higher
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express
  • Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine
