Dr. Hart from Hicksville, New York has used VSS Pro since the mid 1990’s. He first purchased version 3.0 of this staff scheduling software after reading about it in a magazine and is now using version 12.

He originally bought it to replace a magnetic board that hung on the back of a door that indicated who worked when. Sometimes the magnets would fall off the board when the door shut. Now the clinic manager creates staff schedules for weeks at a time and gives every employee a personal schedule several weeks in advance. The schedule even says which employees will work with each eye doctor.
