New York Pool Company Replaced Their Paper Appointment Book with Customer Appointment Manager

Great White Pools in Staten Island, New York started using Customer Appointment Manager in 2005 after hearing about it at an industry conference. They thought it was very easy to use and affordable, and would be a great way to keep up with technology that could help them run and grow their business. Using our appointment scheduling software, they’ve replaced their paper appointment book where they used a pencil and eraser to schedule and reschedule appointments.

They use Customer Appointment Manager for scheduling appointments, and looking up futures appointments and availability for new appointments. They email appointment reminders to prevent no-shows and create letters to send to clients. They use reports for employees, too, including the Daily Appointment Report that includes contact and appointment details. They also email appointment changes to both the staff and clients.
