Recently we talked with Nancy Hockley at Away With Words Interpreter Services, LLC about how they use our appointment scheduling software. She started using Customer Appointment Manager Pro at her former employer over 10 years ago and decided to use it at her current workplace, too.

In the case study, you’ll read how they’ve benefited from the fast reports, online appointment requests form placed on their website and the integration with QuickBooks. They also find some of the basic features beneficial, such as the appointment status icons and the current time indicator. “The Current Time Indicator line on the screen helps us to easily see where people are right now,” explained Nancy.

Over the years she’s found electronic appointment scheduling helpful when scheduling and rescheduling appointments, communicating appointment information to the Board of Directors and interpreters, and keeping track of specific data that’s important to their organization.

In the future, they plan to utilize the Google Calendar integration to communicate appointment times with their interpreters.  She’s excited about the possibility of gaining even more efficiency. “Google Calendar is a real time saver,” Nancy exclaimed.
