Appointment Scheduling Software Used by New Jersey Tutoring Center

Debbie at EdVista Learning Centers in New Jersey uses Customer Appointment Manager every day. They’ve been using it for three years. Debbie finds our appointment software very helpful for scheduling.

Previously, they used Outlook to keep track of appointments, but found many drawbacks to using it. For example, they had to take a screenshot of an open Outlook window and paste the screenshot into Microsoft® Word in order to print out the employees’ schedules. Using Customer Appointment Manager, they can easily and quickly run reports to show each employee their individual daily or weekly schedule.

At their tutoring center they make appointments for students with teachers. Many appointments are repeated often. It’s typical for students to make 10 weeks of appointments at one time, so it’s helpful to use the repeat feature in Customer Appointment Manager.
