ScheduleAnywhere Release 2.0: New and Improved Web-based Employee Scheduling Service Now Available
FARGO, ND - March 10, 2006 - Atlas Business Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of small business software, today unveiled its new and improved version of ScheduleAnywhere®. This pay-as-you-go, online employee scheduling service allows managers to schedule their employees from any computer with Internet access, whether at work, at home, or on the road. It also lets employees view schedules online, as well as submit time-off requests.
One of the most difficult tasks managers face is employee scheduling. Making sure the right employee is scheduled at the right time and place can be complicated and time consuming. Add this to the many individual time-off requests a manager receives and the hassle of finding replacements for "no shows," and employee scheduling can be downright problematic. To make these tasks as easy as possible, ScheduleAnywhere offers simple, yet effective, online tools for assigning and rotating work shifts, maintaining minimum staffing levels, handling time-off requests, and much more.

- New Hourly Coverage - See how many employees are scheduled by 1 hour, 30 minute, 15 minute, 10 minute, or 5 minute increments.
- New Labor Hours - See total hours scheduled by hour for a particular day.
- New Schedule Sharing - Easily share schedules with other managers.
- New View Personal Schedule - Allows an employee to login and only see his or her individual work schedule (read-only).
- New Request Time Off - Employees can submit time-off requests and managers can see shift conflicts and accept or deny the request.
- New Search - Search for any schedule information, such as how many times a person has called in sick or tardy, vacation taken for any date range, or notes.
- Improved Filters - See who's available by position, department, location, etc. and schedule replacements for "no shows."
- Improved Printing & Export - Print or export schedule information for any date range.

ScheduleAnywhere is available at www.scheduleanywhere.com. ScheduleAnywhere costs just $19.95/month for up to 25 employees and $0.50/month for each additional employee. This price includes unlimited email and phone support from the ScheduleAnywhere support team.
