Customer Service Associate (Fargo)
This individual will be responsible for day-to-day customer relations and office activities, including product inquiries and information/order processing and fulfillment. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of MS Office required. (PT or FT)
Marketing Manager (Fargo)
This individual will be responsible for customer acquisition, and all related marketing and sales activities, within specific target markets. Minimum travel. College degree in marketing or prior marketing/sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of MS Office required. (FT)
Business Development Representative (Fargo)
This individual should be a high-energy, driven sales executive with strong knowledge and experience of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology, and value-driven sales. Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales with strong experience in B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and a proven track record of over-achieving quotas. Minimal travel. (FT)
Technical Support Specialist (Fargo)
This individual will be responsible for providing technical support, gathering and documenting customer feedback, maintaining a database of support questions and answers, and providing general office and customer service support. Knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Access) required. (PT or FT)
