Technical support from Atlas Business Solutions (ABS)

ABS provides FREE technical support for 90 days from date of purchase to registered users of Customer Appointment Manager 6.0. If you purchased a Support Plan or an Annual Software Enhancement Plan, you are entitled to technical assistance at no charge. Otherwise, there is a $35.00 fee per incident (charged to a credit card).

ABS does not provide technical support for prior (non-current) versions of Customer Appointment Manager. If you require support for a prior (non-current) version of Customer Appointment Manager, you will be required to upgrade to the current verison first. Due to rapid changes in technology, ABS only maintains the most current versions of its software titles.

Software Updates

The software update addresses compatibility issues discovered since the release of the software. Download the update file before calling technical support. You can access the software update by selecting Help > Check for Updates in Customer Appointment Manager or downloading it directly from this website.
