New Report with Balance of Vacation Time and Sick Leave Accruals
One of the new features in Staff Files version 8.0 is the new Accruals Balance report. This is a Staff report that displays a list of your employees and the available time off for vacation time, sick leave, or any other type of time off you choose to accrue at your company. This report shows the time-off balances for a specific date you choose.

To view the Accruals Balance report, click on the Reports menu and choose Staff Reports. From this list of Staff reports you can choose Accruals Balance. You can select one or more accrual account to display on the report. Choose the As Of: date for the report. The Sort and Filter options allow you to organize and narrow down the list of employees you would like to display on the report.
The new Accruals Balance report is just one of the new features in the newest release of our HR software.
