View Additional Charts and Graphs
The first benefit of the Pro edition is the additional charts and graphs. The Services Summary graph breaks down your appointments by service to show you which services are most popular. The Employee Productivity chart shows you the available hours compared to scheduled hours. The Appointment Summary shows you how many appointments are scheduled over a period of time. This will help you see if your business is growing. The New Customers graph will show you how many customers you’ve gained during a period of time.
Add Attachments to Customer Records
Another feature in the Pro edition is the ability to add attachments to a customer record. The attachment could be a Microsoft Word document, an Excel spreadsheet, a PDF file, or an image, such as a photo.
Set Up Request Form on Website
TakeAppointments.com allows you to take appointment requests online. This can be set up by clicking on the Tools menu and selecting Online Appointment Requests. You can direct your customers to a web page, so they can submit their own appointment requests. This page can be edited by you, so it can look however you want. You can control how the banner looks, as well as some of the text on the page. Customers will fill out this form and enter their contact information and appointment request details. The Appointment Requests area within Customer Appointment Manager Pro will update when customers make requests online. Simply click on the customer’s name to view details and take the necessary action.
Monitor Appointment Changes in Audit Trail
The Audit Trail in the Pro edition will tell you what changes were made and who made them. It displays which action was taken, which customer it happened to, and which employee made the changes. It’s a good way to make the users accountable when they are using Customer Appointment Manager Pro.
