Customize Your Appointment Scheduler Software
When considering a new software program for your small business it’s common to want to modify it specifically for you, your employees, and your company. It’s a justifiable concern since many out-of-the-box, PC-based software are rigid, WYSIWYG (What You See If What You Get) programs. However, we’ve designed our programs so you’ll be able to customize your appointment scheduler software.

There are two main ways to customize Customer Appointment Manager: at the company level and at the employee level.
While implementing appointment scheduler software, you can set up how you would like to see the time intervals on the calendar, which day of the week should be listed first on screen, the customer label terminology (such as Customer, Client, or Patient), holidays your small business will be closed, and the employees who will be using the software.
You’ll also be able to add your individual employee contact information and work schedule, customer data, and service types. For example, you can define the name of each service, assign a color for each service type, and the duration of that service. In addition to being able to customize your service types specifically for your business, you’ll save a lot of time scheduling by simply grabbing a service type from the drop-down list. Plus, your appointment calendar on screen will be color coded by service type.
In addition to customizing company options, each of your employees can set up their appointment availability based on their own work schedule. The times they will not be working or available for appointments will be grayed out on screen.
Since each employee will have their own login credentials, they’ll also be able to define how they see things on screen when they are logged in. For example, in User Options they can choose the time format, schedule background color, and employee sort order that they prefer. Even the appointment information shown in the daily or weekly views can be customized to show as much or as little information as they would like.
