How to Change a Field Label in Staff Files

Using Staff Files HR software, you can modify employee files by changing the field labels that are displayed in the tabs. For example, you may want to change the Department label that is displayed in the General tab, to Division or Regional Office. Changing the field labels in Staff Files gives you additional flexibility for customizing your employee files.

All you have to do is double-click the field label you wish to change. The Label Edit dialog box will be displayed. Type a new label in the text box and click OK. It’s that easy to change a field label in this HR software program!
