Importing Employees from QuickBooks into Employee Scheduling Software
New and existing Visual Staff Scheduler Pro (VSS Pro) users can import employee information from QuickBooks (Pro/Premier 2003 or Enterprise Solutions 2.0 or new versions).

Importing employee information is a great way to get started using VSS Pro. You’ll be able to import employee names, email address, mailing addresses, phone numbers, employee ID numbers, and hire date. Even if you’ve been using VSS Pro for awhile, you can still use the import from QuickBooks feature to save time adding new employees. After you’ve entered new employee information into QuickBooks, you can import those new employees only into VSS Pro. You could also import employee information from a CSV or TXT file.
