Use Appointment Scheduling Software to Improve Communication with Customers and Employees

Using our appointment scheduling software, you can send emails, messages, and reminders to improve communication with customers and employees, as well as use reports to help monitor your businesses’ appointment schedule.

Communicate With Customers Via Email

Customer Appointment Manager gives you the ability to communicate with your customers via email. If there’s a message or promotion you want to communicate with all of your customers, click on the Tools menu, select Email, and choose Messages to Customers. If you want to send appointment reminders, click on the Tools menu, select Email, and choose Reminders to Customers. In addition, you can also email employees their own daily appointment schedule. To email appointment information to employees, click on the Tools menu, select Email, and choose Appointments to Employees.

Communicate With Customers Via Letters

Customer Appointment Manager also gives you the ability to create custom letters. Using Microsoft Word you can create and customize your own letters that are populated with information from various fields within this appointment scheduling software. You could write letters to invite customers to an open house, send out a special promotion, or reach out to customers you haven’t heard from in awhile. You can even create mailing labels, too.

Reports with Customers' Appointment Details

Customer Appointment Manager has many reporting capabilities. The Daily Appointment Sheet, Appointments by Employee, Appointments by Customer, and Appointments by Date reports all provide you with appointment details in various forms. The Employee Productivity report compares the number of hours scheduled to the number of hours available for each employee. Services Summary will show you how many appointments are being scheduled for each service and a percentage of appointments and hours for each service. Other reports include the Waiting List which reflects what is on your current waiting list, the Customer Calendars report which is a calendar print out with one customers appointment details, and the Customer List report which gives you a list of all of your customers.
