We recently released version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software. One of the new features in version 6.0 is the ability to make your own custom statuses. Statuses allow you to indicate the standing of the appointment. In the past, you could choose from six basic statuses including scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, no-show, checked-in, and completed. Now, you can also create new statuses, such as first visit, pending, or left message.

Great White Pools in Staten Island, New York started using Customer Appointment Manager in 2005 after hearing about it at an industry conference. They thought it was very easy to use and affordable, and would be a great way to keep up with technology that could help them run and grow their business. Using our appointment scheduling software, they’ve replaced their paper appointment book where they used a pencil and eraser to schedule and reschedule appointments.

Customer Appointment Manager version 6.0 was recently released by Atlas Business Solutions. Version 6.0 includes enhancements that will allow companies to further customize their appointment scheduling software and produce more reports. Users can create more custom statuses for their appointments, more custom fields for both the appointment and customer forms, and create custom labels, such as students or volunteers instead of clients, customers, or patients.

Amore Spa is Boulder, Colorado’s first organic hair studio. They have been using Customer Appointment Manager for five years. Before buying this appointment software, they used paper appointment books. One of their biggest challenges when using paper appointments books was to find their customers’ appointment information quickly to schedule or reschedule their appointments.
